i stayed at yksi sauna & stay for 6 nights and it was a great experience. the room was clean and had a comfortable bed. It was super close to shinjuku station. i loved the convenience of nearby stores and the laundry facilities made it even better.

We stayed 3 days in a super cozy room with a kitchenette, which was just perfect for makin' up quick meals. The location was spot on too, just a hop from Shinjuku Station and all kinds of good eats. Appreciated the little fridge for snacks! Wish there were a few more hooks in the bathroom, though.

The location was a huge plus for us since we wanted to explore Shinjuku. Being only a short walk from the station made getting around the city super easy. We stayed in the Economy Double Room for two nights, and while it was compact, we appreciated having a fridge and kettle. The access to laundry was also convenient, especially with kids in tow.

Positive, The staff were super welcoming and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage for free. Our room felt cozy and was sparkling clean, complete with Netflix! It’s a quiet spot near Shinjuku Station, making it easy to get around. Can't wait to come back! 😊

During my stay, the staff response to our needs was notably lacking. I tried to reach out multiple times with questions but received no assistance. Additionally, the room's cleanliness left much to be desired, including the absence of prompt cleaning and fresh linens, which made the experience feel less welcoming.

what a huge disappointment. the bed was rock-hard and honestly too small, how do they expect me to sleep? plus, no towels to hang in the bathroom, and clean towels left on my dirty clothes – that’s just lazy, right? also, i expected a little pampering, but got nada. shoulda been 5 stars, but i just couldn't.

The location is prime! Just 5 minutes from Shinjuku station. and the staff were incredibly helpful.

The Deluxe Double Room was comfortable, featuring a separate shower room that provided a refreshing change from typical cramped designs. The outdoor rooftop area was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring nearby restaurants and convenience stores. The kitchenette was great for preparing simple meals, although the absence of breakfast service meant eating out was necessary. Even with the room being smaller than typical hotels elsewhere, it was well-equipped, clean, and conveniently located just a short walk from Shinjuku Station.
